The ProcessCom training was quite a revealing experience to me, of why I communicate the way I do, why and how I adapt myself to the others (or not ;-)), whoever they are, colleagues, boss, friends, family, my children included. Since then I have been able to adapt consciously my communication methods (the best I could !) when I thought it was necessary and appreciate the results : better communication and understanding of each other ; willingness to cooperate from each side. That is why I encourage you all to run to Gia and Christophe and attend their training. They are very friendly, patient, positive, reassuring and supportive. I now look very much forward to attending their other training on collective intelligence !
