I feel fortunate that I was able to work with Gia and the Hemera organization to develop my team’s leadership journey. Her professionalism, down to earth approach, along with ‘insights’ to the latest leadership techniques, provided the fuel to drive our journey. The team as a unit and individually, growth over ten months was exciting to witness, and truly transformative experience. Our two day off-site (at the middle of this 10 months journey), discovering our purpose- why statement was fun, informative, challenging and fulfilling. Gia expertly managed to maintain our enthusiasm, frustrations, highs and lows building our: i) Team alliance, ii) Path to our vision iii) Our why Statement iv) Actions to execute our vision. And we will never forget our ‘totem’, which stands proudly in our Leadership meetings.
